A non-medicated solution......................…
I've been mentally fatigued for a very long time. Been depressed about many things.
It may or may not be a direct consequence, but my mind has become very "murky" and blurred. I cannot think straight or focus on things.
I've become very forgetful, and have problems listening and understanding simple things.
When i saw a psychiatrist, the bum just charged me the sky and gave me medication that made things worse.
Short of medication, what can i do to snap out of this?
thanks
