They were really good, so i had like the whole bottle! Now I'm freaking out. Can I die?

Yes, you can overdose. Call poison control or 911 NOW! Unfortunately, a lot of kids vitamins DO taste good, so the risk of someone eating them all just because of the flavor is high. You should never take more than the daily dose and always keep drugs out of the reach of children.

You have overdosed. Call poison control immediately.

Some non soluble vitamins and minerals can be deadly.

Call poison control and tell them how many you ate and exactly what kind they were.

Hey, I did the exact same thing yesterday! The blue bottle filled with magical wonders. Nothing really happened, my pee just turned funky colors so I think you'll be alright.
