Great ab workouts/toning exercises?
I really want to get some really great abs it time for summer (not too ripped since I am a girl) xD
So any upper & Lower ab workouts I can do?

I do pilates twice a week and the ab exercises we do kill (in a good way)! The work outs are kind of hard to explain so bare with me. For lower abs: lay flat on your back and bring your legs to a table top position (your body will look kind of like a backwards "Z" shape) point your toes like a ballerina and then slowly lower your legs until your toes touch the floor (like your dipping tham in water) then slowly bring your legs back up to table top. This is just one of many and I am sure you can find a ton more on the net. good luck and enjoy!
