Try drinking water that has been boiled within the last 3 hours. This breaks the molecules down and allows them to pass into your system more easily. This is from Chinese Medicine, and it is very effective. Make sure you drink about 2 litres this way for a couple of days.
DO NOT drink sports drinks like gatorade. If you are already dehydrated, these will make it worse. They are fantastic for replacing ths salts that you lose when exercising and sweating, but terrible for dehydration alone.
