Pulled Leg Muscles? (really sore)?

Pulled Leg Muscles? (really sore)?
Well yesterday at school i ran a lot and today i did even more running...yesterday afternoon my legs were really sore but today its even worse. its more in my thighs but a bit in my calf muscle...its on both sides and really painful.

i know people say to just rest it but is there anything else i can do?

ice will really help- it will soothe pain and also swelling if you're getting swelling. just take about 15-20 minutes to rest them as you cover the areas with ice. you could do this 2-3 times a day. in the morning, after you work out and before you sleep. rest is still the best answer but the ice thing is what i would do.
