What are some good tips on going to sleep faster?
Break is ending and I have to go back to school but I'm sort of used to staying up til 1. It's hard for me to go back to sleep. What are some good tips at falling asleep faster? Like what to avoid and what I can do to fall asleep within an hour or two. Thanks.

By not thinking about wanting to fall asleep. Instead, clear your mind and physically relax your body beginning from your toes up. Also, good idea to stop working at least 30 minutes before bed time so that your mind can clear and relax. If you work too close to bed time, your brains are still working even when you shut your eyes making sleep difficult and frustrating.
