Coughing up phlegm for 4 weeks straight?
about a month ago i got a cold, runny nose, fever, sore throat, and a horrible cough. eventually, after about 2 weeks, the cold went away but the cough remained. i've now had this cough for 4 weeks, it's so horrible. i cough up so much phlegm on a daily basis and am constantly coughing. is this just the cold hanging on, or could it be something more seroius?
