If the heart is unable to push the blood effectively, you may get a low output state leading to fatigue and fainting. Also blood builds up in places you dont want leading to edema in legs and lungs. Pulmonary edema can be life threating. the veins get full as the right heart is less receptive. This can manifest as naseau and hepatomegally. The poor supply of blood to kidney can lead to lack of urine leading to toxicities in the body.
