how to get my teeth whiter..?

im 13 with braces. and i like cant go anywhere. so is there like a treament you can make at home? cuz i hate my braces. n my teeth are like turning a lil yellow. soo is there anything. plus i brush my teeth day n night. idk wuts wrong.

Don't use any of those whiteners you see advertised. They dissolve tooth enamel and then you've really got problems. Use mouthwashes along with your regular brushing.

You're probably getting a buildup of crud between the surface of your teeth and the underside of the braces. Swish and strain real good with mouthwash.

Hello, I suspect you are not properly brushing your teeth..which a lot of people fail to do and don't know it..Do this...take some food coloring, any color, rinse your mouth with 1/8 teaspoon of it..don't swallow, spit it out and rinse with clear water...Then look at how all the debris in your mouth is now colored..Now brush all the color away and your teeth will be clean and you will know where the yellow went.
