how to lessen the width of my face..?

my face is kinda 8 inch and it's to big for my small face ... it makes me look really fat so how to lessen like an inch of it

If your overall overweight, cardio exercises will take fat off of your face. If your in good shape then it is just your bone structure that can't be correct unless plastic surgery is an option.
