phobia of needles !!!!!!!!?

well im getting alot of needels this year but im really scared whats the best thing to do when you are getting a needle because i have to get a needle tomorrow and i get all shakey and my arm tenses up thinking of it, becasue i hate them!!!

It's pretty common to have a needle phobia- I find the best thing to do is look away, bring a friend or family member with you when you have your injections and ask them to keep talking to you the whole time. Also don't have any caffeine that day as anything like that can intensify your nervousness!

I hate clear things that resemble bubbles (crystal ball lighting, balloons, bubbles in general.)

I am trying to get over it by looking at them (the library in my hometown has LOTS of crystal ball lighting in the parking lots and by the building itself.)

oh my gosh i do too! but in September i had to get a booster shot and i was all freaked out crying ..... and when she did it..it felt like when your cat is like love scratching and pinches your skin slightly... that is always what u think of b/c i have three cats and it calms me down so i would think of something personal; and usual like that related to you hope it helped..

Just look the other way and think about something else. It will be over before you know it.
