according to my experience, it could be yeast infection that cause acne, it happens if you eat too much sugar or starch(potato). probably your immune system is weak as well. you must eat as less sugar as possible, and do more exercise.
I eat acidophilu supplements when it is really bad, and i used perxide 2.5
it is very effective. but you must not eat sugar, including fruits that contain a lot of sugar. and do not eat yeast (bread, biscuit).
you can try some green foods like spirulina. I used to eat it, but now my acne is gone I do not eat it anymore.
