Hungry when not hungry?

ok i recently went a cabbage soup diet and now after i eat i still feel a hunger pang please help its ruining me.

That's an easy one, liquid doesn't fill you up, and there is nothing really in cabbage soup to digest. You have to have something there that requires digesting to kill that pain.
