Knots in the back of my neck, what are they?
Sometimes I get these knots in the back of my neck and the bottom of the back of my head. They feel like marbles but it isn't directly under my skin it feels like it's deep in the muscle. They don't hurt or anything they just feel really strange. They will appear out of nowhere and be gone in about a week, What are they??
